Dishonest and horrible customer service Never ever eat here!!! My husband and I went to Lone Star on Rainbow for lunch. Our bill was forty dollars including the tip. We checked our bank statement a few days later and they had charged us over $88.00 !!!! We called them over ten times over the course of two weeks and printed out our bank statement for them to see. They kept giving us the run around and blaming the wait on their corporate office until we told them we were going to involve the police. Suddenly they had the time to talk to the corporate office and told us they were going to refund us the almost fifty dollars that was stolen. It turned out that our waitress had actually written in the bigger monetary amount in the tip box on our check. In other words credit card fraud and theft. They tried to give us fifty dollars in food vouchers there instead of our money. How condesending is that? We still don't have our money back. They told us today that it would be in our account within the hour. When that didn't happed we called back and they told us that it would be in there by tomorrow. If it is not in our account tomorrow we will call the police and report them. Seriously, never ever eat here. By the way my steak was cooked horribly too. It was raw on the inside and burnt to a crisp on the outside.
