bad! rude! management & owner i went there to return an item i bought and couldnt!i didnt know what the policy was, but unfortunate i just couldnt: the item had a broken pocket and i took the tag off-mind you i didnt wear it..anyway, thats not what upset me, its how i was treated,manager(mary)was rude! she could have been nice to explain the policy but instead told me NO!you cant return this,tag is not there!,pointed to the sign and said its right there,read the sign! many managers ive come incontact with would of just said, sorry, you cant return this, this is our policy...but NOPE!!i asked for the district manager name and asked for her name, she didnt even want to give it to me, all she said was im the manager,after asking 2x,her name is mary. she sadi she didnt have to give a last name! first time ever i came across a manager like that.i called to make a complaint and the district manager who says hes the owner(dave) was RUDE!!!he started telling me that i was rude and sarcastic and that who am i to ask for the managers name, im not the FBI! UNBELIEVABLE!! he also said he didnt care how much i spent in his store( i spent $100), people spend more than me and that hes glad i spent my money...i shake my head in disbelief that people like this are in business and that i cant believe i shopped there..NEVER EVER AGAIN..
