My experience was great! The mechanic took time to talk specifically about the little noises and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. There was a random problem and they found it - many times the dealers will overlook areas and return your car undiagnosed and the problem persists. Here they won't give up! Great people and much better prices!

once again i was so glad to even FIND a really nice crew of mechanics at this place....and they know my mercedes like a book.....i have learned so much in the couple of visits and they take the time to explain everything if you want to know,,,,,,very honest and careful work...il never go anywhere else...!!!

Charged me $525 and refused to work on the vehicle. They charged me storage with no contact, never explained storage.
