On my first trip to Vegas, I had great conversation with the Reservation agent that checked us in. On the other hand, when I went to speak with someone at the counter, another rep was extremely rude. I was standing in line and when it was my turn, the rep said "next in line". When I went up, he said no, not you and pointed to another guy who was standing on the side. I said, " excuse me sir, I was here first, and the moron said, "he only needs a key", and I said so do I. Nonetheless, he still persued in assisting the other guy. I spoke with Management and was offered a free meal in one of their restaurants. I did not care for that, what's fair is fair, and that jerk should have been fired. Must of been gay.
Pros: Customer Service

Monte Carlo is my choice among mid-priced strip hotels. The guest rooms are nice although the bathrooms are a bit small. The restaurants include Andres, one of the best French restaurants in the city. The casino is easy to get aroud and never seems crowded, even when the hotel is full. The pool area incudes a wave pool and lazy river.Good value
Not as hyped as i thought it would be

I just came back from las vegas this valentine's weekend. I paid about 3-4 hundred on a hotel that was nice in the lobby but even the hallways to the regular deluxe rooms looked average i could have got another hotel for one hundred a night and it would have had CABLE which monte carlo didnt have, the sheets were not smelling fresh, and of course i notice everything about the rooms being neat and when we finally checked in (dont bother checking in early it didnt work for me) sheets were half assed! Sorry i will never stay at monte carlo again.
Pros: parking is near by and the lobby is glamorous
Cons: smelly sheets, no cable and awesome cutomer service
