Executive Las Vegas - (702) 646-4661

Do NOT use Executive shuttles! I have gone to las vegas four times and have used airport shuttles before. However this was first time I used Executive and they had the worst customer service! I purchased the round trip for $12. I used Executive with 3 other people. They were supposed to pick me up at Caesar at 12pm. Usually they call you if they arrive early or late. We came out at 12:04pm....four minutes late. They did NOT call us and they literally passed us as we walked to the area for pick-up. I called Executive and asked to be picked-up asap. The dispatcher stated that there would be another pick up in 5-10 mins. 15 mins. rolls on by and no pick-up! I called AGAIN. This time the dispatcher stated less than 5 mins. 15 mins rolls by and no pick-up! In total I had to wait 40 mins!!!! During that time the Bell Trans shuttle came for pick-up 3 times and Showtime shuttles came 2 times! Also, I was so upset that we barely made it on time for our flight that I asked for a manager. The lady stated that a manager would call me back....NEVER did! I called the following day and talked to the manager. The manager stated that he would call me back later to work something out. Guess what? The manager NEVER called me back. I highly recommend that if you take a shuttle, to take anything other than the Executive.

POOR RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN FILING A COMPLAINT. NO ACCOUNTABLITY FOR ACTIONS ON LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

Not only was my driver incredible and good looking; but my vehicle was perfect(Hummer pimped out). The knowledge of the city and the people went beyond my expectations. Thank you Executive for my Vegas trip by far the best vacation I have ever been on. See you when I come back to Vegas this summer!!!
