Brio Tuscan Grille adds life to Town Square
Brio Tuscan Grille’s philosophy? “To eat well is to live well.” And this restaurant well lives up to that motto, bringing the delights of a Tuscan country villa to Town Square Las Vegas. Brio translates as “lively” or “full of life” — and the eatery maintains a lively and creative approach to its menu.
Brio uses only the finest and freshest ingredients in its authentic northern Italian cuisine. As the name Brio Tuscan Grille indicates, the menu features wood-grilled and oven-roasted steaks, chops and seafood similar to what one would find in an authentic ristorante in Tuscany.
Brio’s entrée menu includes ane array of delights such as Mushroom Ravioli Al Forno, Tuscan-grilled pork chops, Chicken "Under the Brick," Gorgonzola-crusted filet, Pollo Al Forno Flatbread, lasagna Bolognese al Forno, Gorgonzola-crusted lamb chops, wood-grilled salmon salad, Pasta Brio, Garganelli Carbonara, beef carpaccio and lobster risotto. Of course, there's a selection of appetizers, as well.
The mouth-watering dessert menu features a variety of Dolchinos, including individual homemade desserts like tiramisu, caramel brûlée, chocolate hazelnut brûlée, orange brûlée, milk chocolate caramel cake, cheesecake with raspberries, and white chocolate bread pudding.
Brio's atmosphere is as lively as the cuisine. The 9,400-square-foot eatery actually boasts a 35-foot replica of the façade of the Roman Colosseum. It seats 260 within and another 200 on a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the shops of Town Square. Indoor private party rooms can accommodate groups of up to 60.
Weekends offer another special treat, as Brio Tuscan Grille serves a special Bellini Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. In addition to Brio’s Tuscan classics, the brunch menu features French toast with berries, cinnamon apple pancakes; bacon, egg and Fontina panini, Frittata Al Forno, Brio Frittata Di Giorno, Eggs Benedictano, grilled salmon with sweet potato hash, Bistecca and sweet potato hash, Bistecca Alla Romana, crab crepes and roasted turkey crepes.
Currently, 24 Brio Tuscan Grille Restaurants dot the country. The Town Square Las Vegas location makes the first in both Las Vegas and the West.
