The Eiffel Tower Restaurant will have you sitting on top of the world
If you’re looking for a place in Las Vegas where you can get “high” on a food experience, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas is the spot. Located up on the 11th story of the hotel’s 50-story replica of Paris’ Eiffel Tower, the sky’s the limit where a glittering panoramic view of the city, ambiance, and gourmet French fare is concerned. And, yes, the prices are “up there” as well.
Still, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant is Paris Las Vegas’ signature dining experience. The softly lit room offers classic French fare and a waitstaff that speaks both French and English fluently. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a spectacular view of Las Vegas at night. Elegant yet relaxed, the restaurant has a piano bar where guests can enjoy a glass of champagne, wine and other spirits or an entire meal while absorbing the surrounding vista.
As for the cuisine, the restaurant offers gourmet French dishes tailored for the American palate, as well as daily specials and classical French food. Most members of the culinary staff are also fluent in both English and French and possess extensive knowledge of French cuisine and preparation techniques.
“When people visit France, they expect an exquisite culinary experience and we want to offer that same level of cuisine at Paris Las Vegas,” said Joseph Girmaldi, vice president of food and beverage at Paris. “We deliver a truly authentic French dining experience. We continually strive to offer new and exciting culinary selections that will not only provide a delicious meal, but also an unforgettable experience.”
It took extensive research by Paris Las Vegas executives to ensure that the restaurant brings to life the various aspects of French cuisine, culture, ambiance, and service. According to Girmaldi, the resort’s French-trained culinary staff of 500 (the total overall for the resort’s 10 restaurants) focuses on building the bridge between French cuisine and American expectations.
Paris Las Vegas offers an extensive wine selection, not just in the Eiffel Tower Restaurant but in its other outlets as well. The resort imports wines from boutique wineries just outside Paris, France, and these wines are exclusive to Paris Las Vegas in the United States. European coffees, imported beers and continental tea service also are offered.
