He’s the “cat” in the hat whose show is being produced by Pussycat Dolls creator Robin Antin. “Matt Goss Live from Las Vegas” is the new high-energy full-scale production being presented every Friday and Saturday night by the London-based crooner in the Gossy Room at the Palms.

Known around the world as “The Voice,”  Goss offers a seven-piece band, two sexy backup singers, seductive dancers called The Dirty Virgins, and his’ singing talents, as he performs a mix of his career hits, Sinatra tunes, and songs from his new album, with many of his selections self-composed. Regardless of what genre he is singing, he can keep his hat on – which he does during the entire 75-minute show.

Goss first enjoyed success around the globe as the lead singer of the ’80s pop group Bros for more than a decade, the group selling more than 17 million records worldwide. Bros was the first band since Elvis to knock themselves off of the #1 spot in Australia and held a #1 spot in 19 countries simultaneously. After the breakup of Bros in 1991, Goss went solo and moved to America. He subsequently cut a solo album in 1995 called “The Key,” from which he released three singles.

Re-entering the U.K. music scene in 2003, Goss went on to focus on songwriting. He had a song included on the “Stuart Little” soundtrack and also started composing for other artists, culminating in several global number one hits as a composer. In July 2006 Matt's song called " It's The End Of The Road " was used as the boys elimination song on the hit FOX network show " So You Think You Can Dance." In September 2006, he was invited to sing at a special charity concert in Canada for the David Foster Charity Gala. In 2007, Matt was signed by Chrysalis Music Group as an artist, writer, and producer.

Goss wrote the hit song “Change Me” for Keri Hilson and Akon, which appears on Hilson’s current chart topping album “In a Perfect World.” In addition, his songs, which include the main duet between Mark Anthony and Cleopatra plus the Finale, have led to the show "Cleopatre" in Paris having sold over 500,000 tickets to date. Goss’ new single called "Evil, "  which he performs in his Palms show, was released via iTunes (Worldwide) on August 4 with a new album to follow.

In addition to his successful music career, Goss released an autobiography in 2005 achieving Best Seller status in the Sunday Times. Matt also has a new children's book out called "Bear Crimbo" that hit bookstores in September 2009.
