It’s the only game in town -- at least when it comes to being able to kick back and enjoy a new dining standard for a sports and entertainment venue.  At the new Lagasse’s Stadium, folks can experience a triple-header everyday -- one in which they can eat, watch, and play, compliments of famed Chef Emeril Lagasse and the Palazzo.

The brainchild of Lagasse, Lagasse’s Stadium opened at the Palazzo on September 3, Inspired by two of his lifelong passions --cooking and sports -- the new state-of-the-art 24,000-square-foot venue is looking to score with sports fans who desire to be in the center of the action while enjoying Lagasse’s world-famous cuisine and hospitality.

On the watch-and-play side, custom sports viewing walls consisting of nearly 100 high definition screens provide unprecedented access to nearly every major college and professional sporting event, including important  bowl games, track races, tournaments, and championship match-ups.

On the dining end, the menu features Lagasse’s play on game-day favorites such as Game-Day Nachos; a few of his “New Orleans” style dishes, plus some surprising re-inventions of American classics. Even on non-game days, there is plenty of culinary action to keep fans involved in the new venue with items such as Emeril’s New Orleans Shrimp, a Creole Ruben, Muffaletta Pasta, Grilled Filet of Beef, Slow Roasted Half Chicken, and Funnel Cake.

“As a long-time season ticket holder, on big game days you’ll find me tailgating with friends and supporting my favorite teams,” says Emeril Lagasse. “I’m happy to team up again with our friends at The Palazzo to create the ultimate sports establishment. At Stadium, we’ll be serving serious food for serious fans.”

The new venue is located in the space formerly occupied by the hotel’s The Sportsbook Bar & Grill. Besides lounge and stadium-style seating, there are also luxury boxes for exclusive private events. Additionally, Lagasse’s Stadium also offers open-air dining and views of the Las Vegas Strip via open premier access to a street level outdoor space bordering Las Vegas Boulevard.

Lagasse’s Stadium is Lagasse’s third project with the Palazzo and its adjoining sister property, Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino. The other two endeavors include the Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian and Table 10 at the Palazzo. Based in New Orleans, Lagasse is a national TV personality who has hosted over 1,500 shows on the Food Network., The author of 13 cookbooks, he is also the food correspondent for ABC’s Good Morning America.
